Delayed File Write

Currently am experiencing Delayed File Write on my PC as i transfer files into my HDD. It's so annoying everytime i try to copy something, it just won't work.

And there seems to be no solution for it. - __ -

1 1/2 hour more to Manchester United Champion League game against Aalborg BK.
